What is subscribe and save, and what are the benefits?
Subscribe and save is the most convenient way to get your favourite products you want delivered direct to you on a regular basis automatically. Customisable and easy to use, you can make changes to your order frequency via email. You also won't be charged without a prior notification, and call also pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time. There is no limit on how many items you can have.

Free Delivery on every 5th order – Every 5th order that we put together for your subscription will receive free delivery which will be posted directly to your home.
*Lowest Price Guarantee – The best price you pay is calculated based on the lowest price available at the time of purchase. Which means even if we need to increase process, your subscription will not be affected.
Flexibility – add to or remove products from your subscription whenever you like. We will always send you a reminder by email to ensure you don’t forget ;) .
Get a free sample with every 5th Order - For every item you place on ‘Subscribe & Save’ 5 times in a row, you'll receive a sample of your choice for free. This means you will get a free sample with your 5th, 10th, 15th, etc. for free as a little thank you from us. Amending or changing the dates for your subscription will not affect this but cancelling your subscription will.
How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save and what happens after?
It really is as simple as we've illustrated above; in fact, it can be done while browsing on a product page. To subscribe:
- Select the Subscribe & Save option for your desired product
- Select your preferred delivery time-frame
- Checkout as normal
After you sign up for your Subscribe & Save order, you will receive an email confirming this. This email will include a link to access and manage your future orders, subscription order items, and subscription order account information.
We will follow your Subscribe & Save request automatically with your selected time-frames, and you will only be billed on the day the order is sent. We will send you an email reminder a few days before each order so you know when payment will be taken.
You will also receive email notifications about other information related to your Subscription. This includes, but is not limited to, whether your item is out of stock or no longer listed, whether you cancel your subscription, and lastly a confirmation when your order is placed successfully.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simple! Access your last email confirming a previous subscription order into your online account, then follow:
- Choose 'Edit Subscription' next to the item that you wish to cancel.
- Select 'Cancel this subscription'
- Choose your cancellation reason and then confirm this by pressing the 'Cancel my Subscription' button.
You will then receive an email to confirm that your repeat order has been canceled. Please allow up to 24 hours for any changes or cancellations to be processed. Also, please note that when you cancel an item it will be removed from your next delivery and you will not be charged. This will take 24 hours to action once the request has been actioned.
