To all our fellow customers shopping with us at this time, we want to extend our deepest gratitude at your continued support.

We operate a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the entire process of creating our butters, production through to dispatch. All members of staff involved in these processes wear face masks, gloves and protective garments. The continual sanitisation of work stations is also of paramount importance, as we take extra care to ensure safe products from our family to yours. 

At times, enforcing these measures to protect our team as well as you, our customers, means that this may involve working from home or restricting certain functions. Therefore, we ask that you bear with us if it takes longer than usual to reply back to your messages. 

Dispatch & shipping

Your orders and continued support are highly valued and make a big difference to our small business. At present, whilst trying to operate safely with our suppliers, there may be an impact on the length of time taken to receive your orders. We are regularly revising methods to ensure that we are operating as close, and as safely, to our full capacity.  However, to limit the strain on the UK postal services and time spent outside the home, orders will now be shipped once a week.
